Protecting your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Psagot Computing Solutions Ltd. ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information provided through the website en.psagot.net ("the Site").
It is written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777–2017, and Amendment 13 to that Law.

1. What information we collect

We do not collect payment details, identity numbers or health information through this Site.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and open service calls
- To provide and manage IT services to our clients
- To improve the Site and understand how it is used
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have separately and explicitly asked us to.
3. Legal basis
We process personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting a form or accept analytics cookies. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).

We use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics or advertising cookie is written until you consent. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. It may be shared only with:
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta — usage and advertising measurement, subject to your consent
- Our hosting and email providers — as technical processors, under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities — where required by law or a court order
6. Data security
Psagot Computing Solutions is certified to ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 27799 (health information security). We apply organisational and technical safeguards including access control, encryption in transit, monitoring, backup and periodic review, in line with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations.
No system is completely immune. If a security incident occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will act in accordance with the notification duties under Amendment 13.
7. Your rights
- Review the information held about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention duties
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

8. How long we keep information
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping. Client information is kept for the duration of the engagement and for any period required by law. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
9. External links
The Site links to external sites, including our Hebrew site and social media pages. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
